The Silver Award of the 6th Yantai Mayor Cup Industrial Design Competition：Self-Healing and Silent Integrated New Energy Tires

The self-healing and silent integrated new energy tire is designed to maintain its shape at high temperatures of 50°C without deformation and remain crack-free at low temperatures of -25°C. It can instantly repair punctures with a diameter of ≤6mm. In terms of material formulation, it applies a low rolling resistance, high elasticity rubber formulation for the first time, effectively coupling the rubber molecules with the fillers to reduce inter-molecular friction. This reduces the internal energy loss and electrical energy consumption during tire operation, thereby enhancing the mileage of new energy vehicles.
