On November 24, 2024, the 2024 Youth Designer Competition on Green and Eco-Friendly Decoration Reaching Ten Thousand Households & Home Decoration Consumption Festival Entered Yantai Muping was successfully held at Yantai (Muping) Jiatai Home Furnishing Mall. The event was guided by the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, the Light Industry Collective Enterprises Federation of Shandong Province, and the Consumers Association of Shandong Province, hosted by the Shandong Decoration Association, and organized by the Yantai Interior Designers Association and Yantai (Muping) Jiatai Home Furnishing Mall.

At the event, Huang Jinzhi, the deputy secretary-general of the Shandong Decoration Association, the secretary-general of the Designer Club Committee, and the assistant general manager of ACE Design Co.,Ltd, introduced the relevant information about the Youth Designer Competition. Representatives from outstanding companies shared the specific discounts and offers available during the Home Decoration Consumption Festival.
During this Home Decoration Consumption Festival, numerous outstanding enterprise representatives gathered together and jointly announced the specific preferential measures of their respective brands. These measures aimed to reward consumers and improve the home decoration consumption experience. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, fully respect the creative labor achievements of designers, and regulate the development of the home decoration design industry, the Shandong Decoration Association compiled the "Charging Standards for Home Decoration Design" to serve as a reference for industry standards. The association's staff gave a detailed presentation and explanation of the charging standards for home decoration design.
